Transfer and Handling Solution

Our comprehensive solution is controlled by a master programme that is equipped with diagnostic abilities and a Human Machine Interface (HMI) to display data. This enables constant feedback for fine-tune adjustments that lets you optimise your manufacturing environment.

How does it work?

Step 1

Incoming pallets of raw materials are transported by an AGV/AGF.

Step 2

Handling by 2×6-axes robots with 2D and 3D vision systems integrated respectively.

Step 3

Transfer of raw materials onto the customised automated conveying system to CNC for manufacturing processing.

Step 4

Manufactured parts are vision-checked for components and quality.

Step 5

Good parts are transported to trays by scara robots. Fully-filled trays are then transported by 6-axes robots to outgoing pallets for AGV/AGF collection to a designated location.
