Alignment and Measurement Computer Vision System
Our semi-auto alignment stacking system ensures accuracy within 15 micron. Such precision in our solution also involves using cameras with customised lightings that provide up to 10μm of accuracy.
We also offer customisation of a fully-automated loading and unloading alignment tracking system. This comprises multiple motors, cameras, 4-axes scara robots, and UV systems of up to 15μm of accuracy.
